Tebajee's Terms & Conditions

Tebajee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Tebajee") is an online betting and gaming service provider operating under Bangladesh and international gaming licenses. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Tebajee and its registered users ("Member" or "you").

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Submitting false or misleading information will be considered a violation of the Terms & Conditions.

• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify Tebajee support immediately.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
• The phone number and email address provided at registration must remain active.

Tebajee reserves the right to review, temporarily suspend, or permanently close any account, particularly where a breach of these terms is suspected.

Tebajee follows internationally recognized Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Identity verification is mandatory for all members to ensure a safe and fraud-free environment.

You will be required to verify your identity in the following cases:

• Before submitting your first withdrawal request
• When total deposits exceed a specified limit
• When requested by Tebajee at any time

Accepted documents for KYC verification: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving License.

Please familiarize yourself with the following rules before placing any bets on Tebajee. These rules apply to all forms of betting — sports, casino, lottery — across the board.

• Please confirm each bet before finalizing. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Any bet that is not registered in the system before an event begins will be considered void.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with Tebajee's rules.
• Tebajee reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a system error.
• A member may place bets on a single event up to the maximum limit set for that event.

Tebajee will not be held liable for any bets that fail to process due to internet connectivity issues during live betting.

Tebajee's payment system operates via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳ 500
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳ 1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically within 1–48 hours
• The source of deposits and the destination of withdrawals must be the same.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Tebajee strictly enforces Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Tebajee reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and will report them to the relevant authorities if necessary.

Tebajee offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which will be outlined in the offer details.

• The welcome bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe after a bonus is claimed, the bonus will be forfeited.
• A bonus offer may not be used more than once by the same member.

• Tebajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tebajee and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or providing fraudulent information
• Bonus Abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Collecting or using another member's account information
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Facilitating match-fixing or sports corruption

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded, unless there is evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation.

If you have a dispute with Tebajee, please reach out to our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

Dispute resolution steps:

• Step 1: Send a detailed complaint to support@tebajee.net.
• Step Two: If no response is received within 7 business days, escalate to senior management.
• Step 3: If needed, you may file a complaint with the relevant licensing authority.

Tebajee accepts no liability in the following cases:

• If a bet is not processed due to an internet connection failure
• When account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence
• When payment is delayed due to a third-party technical issue
• In the event of a temporary service disruption caused by an unexpected technical issue
• When a transaction fails due to an issue with the member's payment method

That said, Tebajee always strives to deliver the highest standard of service and takes every reasonable step to minimize member losses in the event of a technical issue.

Tebajee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified by email at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Notifications will be displayed on the platform dashboard.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If a member does not agree to the updated Terms & Conditions, they may request to close their account.
